Raw-Vegan Sushi


Raw-Vegan Sushi

For the "rice" I chop either turnip or jicama in a food processor.
Then simply squeeze out the excess juices by hand or with a siv bag.
Spread onto half a sheet of nori and fill with avocado, sprouts, red pepper, kimchi, carrot...
whatever you want...
Tuck and roll! 
Slice with a wet knife, wiping the knife off after each slice.
Dip in Nama Shoyu with wasabi or almond butter sauce:
Mix almond butter with fresh squeezed orange juice, Nama Shoyu, and a dash of cayenne.
