One of my favorite morning boosts, this smoothie is full of super food, balancing goodness.
Blend one banana, one orange, one pear and an inch piece of ginger root in a blender with hemp milk (hemp seeds blended with fresh water).
Add 1 Tbls raw sesame tahini
1 Tbls flaxseed oil
1 Tbls bee pollen
1 tsp spirulina
1 tsp psillium husk powder
Blend until smooth and charge up!
